Sightseeing FlightsFlight in a hot-air balloon is a unique opportunity to see Bohemia from bird’s eye view. Of course by plane you can take wing to the sky too; however, only in a balloon you can quietly enjoy the nature and animals bellow. 
The balloon ticket can be used as an original birthday, aniversary or wedding present or just to satisfy life dream. Ballooning is not only the flight itself, it is also connected to the traditional ceremonial and promotion to aristocracy. What can I expect?At the meeting point agreed you will meet our pilot and crew. All together we move to the take-off place where the balloon will be put up. You are welcome to join the crew.
At your request we will collect you by our car anywhere in Prague and transport you back after the event. During one hour flight you can take both pictures and movies. After the landing traditional balloon ceremony and champagne toast is offered to you. When finished you will be returned by our car back to the meeting point. As a souvenir you will be left with a certificate and a new aristocratic balloon name. At least 3-4 hours are needed for the whole event. The pricing
*all taxes included What the price includes?Approximately one hour flight with a qualificated pilot, traditional balloon ceremony with champagne toast, transport from meeting point to take-off place and back after landing. The date of flight can be individually adjusted, the ticket is valid for 2 years. Passengers are insured. When to fly?The main ballooning season is april to october. Possibility to fly out of season is too; however, the weather has to be suitable meaning without rain, wind up to 5m/s and good visual range.
Also the time range and lenght of flight depends on meteorological conditions. The date agreed is to be confirmed a day ahead or a new date is settled. We fly 7 days a week. Take-off time is either in the morning, up to two hours after sunrise, or in the evening, to two hours before sunset. The flight itself lasts about an hour, putting up the balloon approx. half an hour, the same lasts also the ceremony after landing. Some time of course takes to go from meeting point to také-off place. Where can I fly?Usually we fly at the Prague surroundings but naturally place of flight can be almost anywhere – above Ceský Krumlov, Konopište Castle, Karlštejn Castle, etc. For the flight placed over 30km from Prague travel expenses are needed to be paid. The level of flight goes from 0 to 500 meters above ground. Mostly possible even higher. What to take with me?You don’t need anything special to join a flight in a balloon. Dress up as you would go for outing or excursion to nature. Up in a balloon there is actually warmer weather because going with a wind you don’t feel windy and some warm comes from the burner. Naturally you can use spyglass and take pictures and movies. |
